PAYMENT POLICY & AGREEMENT
To confirm your booking and secure your date, we provide the following payment options:
Full Payment:
Ensures your date is exclusively reserved.
No last-minute payment worries, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable event experience.
Half Payment Option (With Agreement):
Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid in full on the event day, prior to the event start.
Agreement Terms for Half Payment Option:
Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the Client.
Balance Payment Requirement: Failure to pay the remaining balance before the event starts will result in cancellation of services without liability to the Service Provider.
Rescheduling: Any changes to the event date or time must be communicated at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Confirmation: Booking is considered confirmed only when this agreement is signed, and the advance payment is received.
